Clean and quiet stay
I stayed here for a night with my family. The place was super clean, and the pool was a nice touch. The location is great with lots of parking. Our room had a queen bed I requested, and no bugs! However, the front desk staff didn't seem too friendly. Overall, it was okay for the price.

Totally recommend for a weekend adventure
Friendly staff, comfortable room, who went above and beyond to ensure my significant other and I had a pleasant stay, especially when they helped us find the best possible room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning after we initially faced an issue with the air conditioning in our original room.
None.

The place felt a bit outdated, with some areas showing wear and tear. However, I appreciated that the room was clean and the amenities worked well. The location is convenient, as it's close to various parks and shopping options. It would have been nice if there were mini fridges available in the rooms, but overall, I felt safe and that my stay met my basic needs.

missingWrote a review on May 22clean roomwelcoming staffconvenient locationoutdated decornoise disturbancesslow wi-fi
I checked into Bokai Garden and found the room clean and tidy. The staff greeted me with smiles, making me feel welcome right from the start. I appreciated that my request for a room with a queen bed was fulfilled without any issues. The pool area looked well-maintained, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. The location is convenient as there are shops and restaurants nearby, which is always a plus. The main downside was the outdated decor. some furnishings felt worn and could use an upgrade. Also, there were some noise disturbances from outside which made it hard to relax at times. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection was slow, which was frustrating. Despite these issues, the stay was decent given the low price.
